    Please Give us a detailed description of why you were banned/muted. Please include the name of the GM who banned/muted you and why that action was taken. Also include your full account name. If you have any evidence why you shouldn't be banned also include that as well. Thank you and we'll get back to you regarding our decision please don't bother with questions about your appeal or it will be denied.
